Thankful

I am thankful for SO many things...here are just a few!


* Having a great job. :)

* Being in Africa.

* Having enough food to eat.

* My beautiful children.

* Having a warm place to sleep.

* Random moments (There are MANY)

* Funny conversations.

* Checkers on the street.

* Beautiful acacia trees around!

* Frustrations...becuase it makes me realise my threshold to deal with them!

* Daniel, the little boy I meet some mornings, who lives in the nearby slum community.

* The little girls down the road who have started visiting our house for homework help.

* Our guards who do all things from protect me from Dora to giving me matatu directions, to changing our lightbulbs when we can't reach.

* Fresh flowers for a little over $1...just down the road.

* Internet (when it behaves!)

* Legs..so I can walk freely.

* Friends...both here and there...who keep me a little sane!... ;) I said a little! haha.



Be thankful in all circumstances...for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you! - 1 Thes 5:18
